King Badouin Foundation US Charity Event, New York, New York

We've had the pleasure of planning multiple events - awards dinners and galas - for The King Baudouin Foundation at the United Nations and most recently at the Lotte Palace in New York.

A few years back, Kate planned a wedding in under 3 weeks for Nobel Prize Winning Liberian peace activist, Leymah Gbowee, thrown by Abigail Disney. Ms. Gbowee’s Coordinator for External Affairs at the time, Hafeeza Rashed, had this to say, “Kate artfully managed the circus and I was actually able to be a guest. She was calm, collected and professional, and the event was a success.” Two years later Hafeeza, now working for The King Baudouin Foundation, contacted Green Apple to manage their Gala at the United Nations. Since then we’ve coordinated the event three times! We greatly enjoy working with KBFUS and other charitable and non-profit partners.
