Full Event Coordination

This service is for those who don’t have a lot of time to devote to planning their wedding, have lots of ideas, but aren’t sure how to best implement them or simply don’t know where to start! We’ll guide you through every step of the way to ensure you have the wedding you want!

Our Full Planning service includes unlimited face-to-face meetings, unlimited phone and email communication, any specific requests made up front as well as the following basics:

Prior to the Event

  • Discussion of needs, vision and requests for event and how best to execute them
  • Budget creation, allocation and management
  • Creation of customized planning guideline/timeline
  • Planning progress reports
  • Access to our Wedding Workbook site, which includes a free wedding website, RSVP management and many more great tools
  • Available for advice, recommendations and referrals throughout planning process
  • Ceremonial planning assistance including incorporating any cultural, religious and/or traditional aspects
  • Research and assistance with selection of all professionals and venues
  • Contract review for all venues and professionals
  • Walk through of location(s) to discuss layout and logistics of event
  •  Assistance with development of floor plan, seating chart, etc.
  • Scheduling and attendance of  necessary vendor meetings
  • Selection, negotiation and coordination of guest accommodations
  • Assistance with selection and purchase of decor items and favors
  • Creation of welcome bags, if necessary
  • Planning and coordination of rehearsal, if necessary
  • Confirmation of all professionals and services
  • Coordination of transportation
  • Assistance with obtaining license(s) and ensuring all legal needs are met
  • Creation and distribution of schedules to couple, professionals and service providers

Day Of

  • Unlimited amount of hours of service
  • Oversee set-up of event site(s) according to your wishes
  • Set up escort and/or place cards, favors, gift table and light decor
  • Line up wedding party, cue the music and direct the processional during the ceremony and intros
  • Coordination with professionals throughout day to ensure you have all you’ve requested and all goes according to the timeline as possible
  • On-site management of professionals and guests, allowing you to be a guest yourself
  • Address emergencies, last-minute details and requests you may have (will have a day-of emergency kit available)
  • Ensure professionals receive their final payments and/or gratuities

Post-Event

  • Event strike, including overseeing clean-up of site and pack up personal items and gifts
